In some cases you do not want this, in which case\u00a0 you need to disable automatic driver updates. You can now manually decide which driver you want to install for each hardware device.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In Windows 10 Pro you also can use the group policy editor<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a corporate environment you might want to use the Windows 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/previous-versions\/windows\/it-pro\/windows-server-2012-r2-and-2012\/dn265982(v=ws.11)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">group policy editor<\/a> to change system settings rather than using the control panel. Note that this is not possible on the Windows 10 Home version.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The steps are as following:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) In the <strong>Search<\/strong> box next to the <strong>Start<\/strong> button type &#8220;gpedit&#8221; and press <strong>Enter<\/strong>.
