Description:	HP Scanjet N7710 Document Sheet-feed Scanner Firmware 66 Windows 2000/XP(x32/x64)/Vista(x32/x64). This firmware update addresses the issue of a page being scanned incompletely, usually in relation with the scanner having difficulty feeding the paper. A couple of examples are: The page scanned is cut off at the top and a black band of approximately 1 cm (0.5 in.) or more being added at the bottom of the page. The resulting scanned file has part of one document page, a black band, and then the top of the next document page all in one scanned page.
