If you update the RTIV from ver 2.X to ver 3.X and use it with KV-S6040W/KV-S6045W/KV-S2055L/KV-S2055W, it will not work properly. It is because they have a white reference roller. Please exchange a white roller for black one since it will be provided as an option.If you are a user of KV-SS25 or KV-SS55 or KV-SS855, we are afraid that you cannot use the Automatic Deskew with the RTIV ver 3.X. # You can install this updated RTIV just in case you use the scanner in which an older version of RTIV is bundled. It is required to have installed an older version of RTIV in your PC before you install it. # Connection type:ASPI. your SCSI controller are required when using the bundled software of Panasonic High Speed SCSI Scanners.
